Kelly Trost, a beautiful young American aid worker in Azerbaijan is kidnapped by a group of revolutionaries and although Kelly is the daughter of a corrupt senator, there seems to be no apparent reason. Lieutenant-colonel Ralph Peters is a novelist and a US army officer and is considered to be one of the best military minds of his generation. He is the author of BRAVO ROMEO, RED ARMY, THE WAR IN 2020, FLAMES OF HEAVEN, THE PERFECT SOLDIER and TWILIGHT OF HEROES. He lives in Virginia with his wife, a political journalist.
