Book by Geisert Arthur

A propos du livre

Revue de presse

"By varying perspectives, sizes, and contexts, the one word of the title becomes an eloquent vocabulary as the story follows a mother pig and her eight mischievous piglets through a day's adventures. A handsome book that will provide children with a creative, funny story." Horn Book

"The playful and expressive characters in this book -- Mama Pig and her eight piglets - speak only one word, "oink," as the piglets run off in search of adventure while Mama naps. 'The droll illustrations exude an understated hilarity -- and who would have thought that a near-wordless picture book could be quite so noisy, or so much fun.'" Publishers Weekly
