Synopsis
Four Approaches to Counselling and Psychotherapy provides an essential introduction to and overview of the main therapeutic approaches used in psychotherapy and counselling today. Biographie de l'auteur
Windy Dryden is in full-time clinical and consultative practice and is an international authority on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. He is Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. He has worked in psychotherapy for more than 40 years and is the author and editor of over 200 books.
Jill Mytton is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist.
