Bjørn N. Sandaker is a Structural Engineer and Professor of Architectural Technology at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Arne P. Eggen is an Architect and Emeritus Professor at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Mark R. Cruvellier is a Structural Engineer and Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture at Cornell University.
