Colin Manchester is Professor of Licensing Law at the University of Warwick and a Consultant to Poppleston Allen, Licensing Solicitors, Nottingham. Susanna Poppleston, Solicitor, and Jeremy Allen, Solicitor, are Founding Partners of Poppleston Allen, Licensing Solicitors, Nottingham.
