Synopsis

With her newly permed hair and eyes only for her ex, Linda Kraner is a walking advertisement for the heartbreak of divorce.  Jimi Plain knows.  She has been where her friend is now: lost in the madness and denial of a freshly broken marriage.  That's why Jimi and Linda attend a divorce support group.  Unfortunately, so does a killer.

The first victim is a slick tax accountant whose bed was seeing more action than his spreadsheets.  Suddenly, Jimi realizes that among the dumpers and dumpees, the deniers and the walking wounded, are some secret liaisons and a legacy of untimely deaths.

With two teenage daughters and a household that includes her grandmother and her police detective cousin, Jimi doesn't have time to play sleuth.  But when a second killing strikes the group and suspicions point at Linda, Jimi cannot afford denial.  Her own life depends on the truth....
