Anne Carswell PhD FCAOT OT Reg (Ont) Associate Professor, School of Occupational Therapy, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Anne is one of the six co-authors of the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure. She has practiced client-centred occupational therapy for over 40 years and has conducted research in this area with older adults who have dementia and their families.
