À propos des auteurs

Dr. E.K. Radhakrishnan is currently working as an associate professor at the School of Biosciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and as a director at Business innovation and incubation Centre (BIIC.) During his 12 years of research, he has published 143 research publications, 43 book chapters, and 3 review papers. He has edited five books and has several books in progress. He has also been invited to deliver talks at various national and international conferences and seminars. His research areas include plant-microbe interactions, microbial natural products, microbial synthesis of metal nanoparticles, antimicrobial resistance gene prediction, and development of polymer-based nanocomposites with antimicrobial effects for food packaging and medical ap?plications.

Ms Ashitha Jose is currently pursuing her PhD in Biosciences (Biochemistry) at School of Biosciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. She has authored several book chapters. Her area of research is the development of bionanocomposites for various applications emphasizing on the packaging applications of the developed materials

Dr. Visakh P.M. is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Department of Physical Electronics, TUSUR University, Tomsk, Russia. He obtained his PhD, MPhil and MSc degrees at the School of Chemical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He has been invited as a visiting researcher at universities and institutes in 12 different countries, and has presented at numerous international conferences. Dr. Visakh has published several edited books, as well as contributing over 30 book chapters, and acts as guest editor for 4 international journals. His areas of research include polymer science, polymer nanocomposites, material science, bio-nanocomposites, rubber-based nanocomposites, fire retardant polymers, liquid crystalline polymers, and silicon sensors.
