Mehdi Mehrpooya is employed as Full Professor at University of Tehran, Faculty of New Sciences and Technologies. For the past decade as a faculty member, he has participated in teaching and administration duties as well as conducting countless novel research both experimentally and theoretically in several areas. Including process simulation, hydrogen production, storage, and liquefaction, fuel cells and electrochemical systems, energy storage systems and batteries, developing process engineering of several biochemicals production, CO2 separation and reduction, and investigating sustainability though utilization of renewable resources in the process especially by adopting solar energy.

Farzad Ghafoorian holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology and is currently a PhD candidate in mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He has been part of the Turbomachinery Research Laboratory at Science and Technology University for four years. He has published multiple articles in ISI journals on the CFD of wind turbines, geothermal converters, and the application of PCMs in packed beds.

Mahdi Alibeigi is a PhD candidate at the University of Tehran and a dedicated researcher specializing in sustainable energy solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning into thermal energy systems and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). His research focuses on key areas such as fuel cells, electrochemical systems, enhanced heat transfer, and renewable energy sources. Passionate about advancing innovative energy technologies, Mahdi actively seeks collaborative opportunities to improve efficiency and performance across various applications. His multidisciplinary approach aims to tackle the pressing challenges of thermal/energy systems, contributing to the sustainability of modern energy infrastructures.
