Dr. Farhad Taghizadeh-Hesary is an Associate Professor at the Research Institute for Environment and Sustainability (TRIES) at Tokai University in Tokyo, Japan, and Vice-President of the International Society for Energy Transition Studies (ISETS). He also serves as Chief Economist at Climate Finance Asia and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Environmental Assessment Policy and Management. In 2024-5, he led a project to draft Just Transition guidelines for banks, commissioned by a group of leading global banks, international organizations, and philanthropic foundations. In 2023, he was awarded the Medal and Commendation for Science and Technology by Japan's Minister of Education for his contributions to renewable energy finance. Recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate Analytics, Dr. Taghizadeh-Hesary has authored over 400 academic papers and book chapters, as well as 30 books, primarily focusing on energy transition, policy, finance, and sustainability. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Keio University in Japan.



Sumel Ashique has been working as an assistant professor at Bengal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, Durgapur 713212, West Bengal, India, West Bengal, India. He has 3.5 years of teaching experience. He has achieved 70+ publications of International and national accredited reputed journals (Scopus, UGC). He has knowledge in drug delivery, nanotechnology and targeted treatment strategy. He has also 6 granted patents from IP and Australia & 20 book chapters have been submitted to well-known publishers like Springer, Elsevier, Bentham and Taylor & Francis. Currently he is editing 13 books under CRC Press, Taylor & Francis, Springer and Wiley.



Dr. Babak Behnam has completed his PhD degree at the University College London (UCL) in Human Genetics. Then he served as postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Michigan School of Medicine and University of Central Florida (UCF). He joined the Undiagnosed Disease Program (UDP) at NIH while doing an American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomic in clinical biochemical laboratory genetics at NHGRI, NIH. He joined NSF International as a clinical research organization. Dr. Behnam has published more than 70 peer-reviewed papers and has nine patents to his name throughout his career; also, has served as an Editorial Board Member of several scientific journals. He has enthusiasm in translational research, neuroscience & neurogenetics, and biochemical & molecular mechanisms utilizing advanced technological improvements in biochemical genetics, genomics, and NGS platforms. Also, he has an experience and interest in clinical research, and regulatory and scientific analysis of clinical trials.



Dr. Vliora Maria is a Molecular Biologist with extensive background in molecular biology and integrative physiology. She has previously studied mutations of immunoglobulins in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia patients, and ALK mutations and downstream signaling in Neuroblastoma. Dr. Vliora has a PhD in Biomedical Research from University of Thessaly, Greece and University of Brescia, Italy. She has worked on the development of biocompatible/biodegradable bioscaffolds for targeting adipose tissue as well as on potential nanomedical treatments for brain tumors as well as blood malignancies. Her research work is now focusing on environmental influences that can affect human health and on the use of novel biodegradable bio-scaffolds for allografting adipose stem cells in humans. She collaborated with reputable organizations (WHO, ILO) on projects aiming to enhance human health and wellbeing. She now works as a Project Manager on EU funded projects.
