Dr. Pranav Kumar Prabhakar is Professor and Head of the Department of Biotechnology, School of Engineering and Technology, Nagaland University, Meriema, Kohima, Nagaland, India. His research focuses on elucidating molecular mechanisms involved in metabolic disorders, particularly diabetes, including strategies for oral insulin delivery and the use of natural products to mimic signaling pathways. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Asia-Pacific Chemical, Biological & Environmental Engineering Society. Dr. Prabhakar serves on the editorial boards of, and acts as a reviewer for, several national and international scientific journals. He has published extensively in his field and has contributed to numerous books and book chapters. He has also presented his research at scientific meetings and conferences.
Dr. Sumel Ashique has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, School of Health and Medical Sciences, Adamas University, West Bengal, India. He has 5 years of teaching experience. He has achieved 100+ publications in international and national accredited reputed journals. He has expertise in drug delivery, nanotechnology, and targeted treatment strategies. Recently, he was honored to be in the World’s Top 2% Scientists by prestigious Stanford University, CA, United States, and Elsevier in 2025.
