À propos de l'auteur

Michael Krugman founded the Sounder Sleep System in 1999. He is a life-long student of modern and traditional methods of self-healing and has over twenty years experience as a teacher and trainer in related disciplines. Michael teaches and lectures on sleep, alertness, relaxation, and corporate wellness issues all over the US and in Europe. He has presented the Sounder Sleep System at the New York Open Center, the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Feldenkrais Resources, and numerous other institutions. He currently provides curriculum, training, and staffing for corporate sponsored “sleep competence centers” in 22 cities in Germany and Switzerland.

Michael has been featured in Fortune, New York Spirit, the Village Voice, and other publications.
