For Nina O’Connell, a trip round the world was the holiday of a lifetime. Travelling in a group led by the attractive James Kiley and his friend Tony Shawfield, she is surprised when she runs into an old flame on a sunny Amsterdam street. But Robert Renwick, ex-army major attached to NATO, is not there by chance. He is on the hunt for two terrorists who have left a trail of bombings and murder in their wake, and now he must keep Nina safe while trying to discover their next target.
Soon Nina is caught up in a grim game of life or death that stretches from the back streets of Bombay to the highest reaches of Washington’s political elite.

Store Stamped. --- --- THE HIDDEN TARGET --- (The second book in the Robert Renwick series) --- An innocent young American girl on a world tour is unwittingly entangled in a terrorist plot, embarking upon a suspenseful journey full of secret agents, American intelligence officers, and international antiterrorists. --- ASSIGNMENT IN BRITTANY --- Hearne looked at the unfamiliar watch on his wrist. Three hours ago he had joked with the red-haired pilot over a last cup of hot chocolate. Three hours ago he had stood on English earth. Three hours ago he had been Martin Hearne with 27 years of his life behind him. . . . .Now he was Bertrand Corlay, with 26 years of another man's life reduced to headings and sub-headings in his memory. He looked down at the faded uniform which had been Corlay's, felt once more for the papers in the inside pocket. . . . .All set. He patted the pocket of the tunic with his earth-stained hand, and smiled grimly. From now on, he would not only have to speak, but think, in French. . . N° de réf. du vendeur 6494
