Randall N. Bills is a game and managing developer at Catalyst Game Labs. Bills has served as the developer, continuity editor, primary author, and more for the BattleTech line. He was the Mechwarrior: Dark Age continuity editor, where he worked on the creation of 30 novels, as well as on the coffee-table book, MechWarrior: Technology of Destruction.
