He is a world-renowned psychiatric leader and educator and is Secretary for Education of the World Psychiatric Association, responsible for all of the association's worldwide education programmes and initiatives. Jerald Kay, Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, is one of the leading Child Psychiatrists and Psychiatry Educators in the US. Jeffrey Lieberman, Director of the New York State Psychiatric Institute and Chairman of psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center, is a leading psychiatric drug researcher with excellent clinical, academic and publishing credentials.
