JEFF PULVER is an "Internet Technologist" and the publisher of Pulver Reports and several related online magazines (www.pulver.com) that focus on telephony and broadcasting technologies for the Internet. He is also the webmaster for the RealAudio report of Bootcamp by Fred Fishkin of WCBS Newsradio 88 in New York. He currently works in the IT department for an international financial brokerage firm.
