SHIBAN K. KOUL, PhD, is a professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where he is head of the Centre for Applied Research in Electronics. The author of Microwave and Millimeter Wave Phase Shifters (Vols. 1 and 2) and other books, he serves on the editorial board of several journals, including Microwave & Optical Technology Letters and IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques.
