He is the author of more than 10 computer books, including Ethernet Networks, Second Edition; LAN Management with SNMP and RMON; Internetworking LANs and WANs, Data Communications Networking Devices, Third Edition; The Complete Modem Reference, Third Edition; and Data and Image Compression, Fourth Edition (all published by Wiley).
