JOHN LESLIE LIVINGSTONE is a CPA and earned his MBA and PhD from Stanford University. His academic positions have included the Arthur Young Distinguished Professorship at Ohio State University, the Fuller E. Callaway Chair at Georgia Institute of Technology, and Chairman of the Department of Accounting at Babson College. Previously, he was a senior partner at the big-six accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and a principal in The MAC Group, a leading international management consulting firm. Dr. Livingstone is the author of many books and articles in professional journals. He directs his own consulting company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.
