ISA HERRERA, C.S.C.S., is a multicertified medical exercise specialist based in New York City. She started her own company, Fitness Help(r), in 1995 after she left her senior trainer position at the Reebok Sports Club in New York. Herrera has designed two unique exercise programs for clients during and after pregnancy: the Maternal Body Strength program and the Maternal SPA (Strength Training Plus Aerobics).
