PETE LOSHIN is the author of twelve books on the Internet, networking, e–commerce, and security. He has worked as a TCP/IP engineer at a Cambridge, Massachusetts research lab, and was a technical editor for Byte. His byline has appeared in industry magazines including PC Magazine, PC World, Data Communications, PC Today, Information Security, Telecommunications, and many others.
