JIM HOSKINS is the founder of Maximum Press and a former IBMer with ten years′ experience as an IBM design engineer, IBM manager, and IBM marketing representative. As part of the original development team for the IBM PS/2 family, Jim wrote IBM Personal Systems: A Business Perspective, which became a bestseller and has been translated into eleven foreign languages. Jim is also the author of IBM AS/400: A Business Perspective, now in its sixth edition, and IBM ES/9000: A Business Perspective, now in its second edition.
