Synopsis

Designed to help managers master the art and science of leadership, this text supplies a four-part framework for leadership - the leader as director; the leader as problem solver; the leader as developer; the leader as delegator - to increase leadership skills. The framework, called the L4 system, teaches managers how to lead others in a way that maximizes results. The L4 system is based on research from hundreds of seminars. Although aimed at managers seeking to develop their skills, the book is also suitable for use in seminars as part of a training package.
