Robert T. Carter, Ph.D., is a professor of Psychology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. He is also a member of the graduate faculty of Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. He is author of The Influence of Race and Racial Identity in Psychotherapy: Towards a Racially Inclusive Model (Wiley) and other books.
