What readers are saying about The Contestant

Great. A believable plot with crazy characters and just the right amount of seven deadly sins. The story spins, twirls, weaves, doubles back, loops and re-loops, and whatever else you need to become dizzy. Protagonist is introduced with shock and disbelief; but then allowed to plead his case - nicely done. You will not guess what is coming along in this one. And what comes along is very intense. Are there really people like this? Could be...Might be... Hey, a DIFFERENT kind of story. I usually get bored mid book with books, but not this one. It has a very unique story-line that kept me reading. Clever author. Would like to read more by C.J. Lea.
