Synopsis

Halloween, 1996.

Something is rotten in Ghostward. A mutilated body, strung up in a ritualistic fashion, has thrown the city's occult factions into a frenzy...

Enter Jessie DeLuca: A tough, no-nonsense chick, and former bassist of hardcore heavy weights, THE OUTRAGE. When her estranged father leaves her a chilling message recording the final moments before his death, Jessie suspects foul play. Teaming up with her twin brother Elijah, the two launch an investigation of their own. One that'll take them from the grime-caked, revolution-filled venues of their local hardcore scene, to the affluent art deco apartments of Waldorf Tower and beyond...

FARBODIES is a supernatural horror series created by Narrative Designer, Nick Jones (Path of Exile) and produced by Tentacular Games. FARBODIES is a transmedia franchise - meaning its story is told across multiple media platforms - from novellas, to music, to games - this is a vast world, teaming with terror and hardcore rebellion. Get lost in the grimy, mid-90s streets of Ghostward in book 1 in the FARBODIES novella series - a place where secretive cults fight for control over ancient magic, and tentacled monstrosities slither through dark alleys. A place where desperation is the name of the game, and the local hardcore scene now stands as the last line of defence against invasions from the deadly Astral Plane...
