It is the size of your two hands, and on copper, highly valued by the Genoese and others but I confess that I have a distaste for the works of this hand (upon which I could enlarge a good deal), and cannot reconcile myself to this picture, even when the ladies were extolling its high finish (which I do not deny), its beauty, its affecting expression, and everything that is wonderful in it, and not in it.
