Synopsis
One of the most fascinating sub-divisions within the rapidly growing field of psychology and law is the area of deception detection. Traditionally this area has been characterised by a number of approaches which have analysed different aspects of deception such as verbal content, non-verbal behaviour, and polygraph testing. À propos des auteurs
Pär Anders Granhag is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Göteborg University (Sweden). He has published extensively in the field of legal and criminological psychology, particularly on deception and eyewitness testimony.
Leif Strömwall is a researcher at the Department of Psychology at Göteborg University and his research mainly concerns deception detection.
