Barbara Baker has written many books for children, including the Dutton Easy Reader One Saturday Morning, which was a School Library Journal Best Book of the Year. Her other books include the popular Digby and Kate series. She lives in New York City.
Kate Duke is the author-illustrator of The Guinea Pig ABC, which The Horn Book hailed as "destined to become a classic," and One Guinea Pig Is Not Enough, as well as many other books for children. She lives in New Haven, Connecticut.
