Dr. Thomas Harman is Professor and Chair of the Engineering Division at Rice University. He earned his B.S.E.E. with Honors from the University of Maryland in 1965 and his Ph.D. from Rice University in Electrical Engineering in 1972. Dr. James B. Dabney is Assistant Professor of Systems Engineering at University of Houston - Clear Lake. He earned his B.S. in 1974 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, his M.S. in 1993 University of Houston - Clear Lake and his Ph.D. in 1998 Rice University. Norman John Richert of the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
