Dr. Lawson received his master's and Ph.D. in social psychology from Miami University. His teaching interests include statistics, research methods, social psychology, social influence, senior thesis, and introductory psychology. Dr. Lawson has published in a variety of professional journals in the area of attribution, humor, lying and the teaching of psychology. He is a member of the American Psychological Society, Society for Personality and Social Psychology, Social for the Teaching of Psychology, Midwestern Pscyholgical Assoication, and Council of Teachers of Undergraduate Psychology (CTUP).
