Synopsis

This book traces the conception of systemic theory and how it continues to be adapted by various theorists and therapists in the treatment of families. Dr. Green received her Ph.D. from the Nova Southeastern University, School of Social and Systemic Studies with a focus on Brief Solution Focused Therapy. Her professional experience over the years includes, Director of Human Affairs International (an Employee Assistance Program), providing training programs for family counselors, teaching part-time and a private practice.
