Gary Rhodes is one of Britain's best-loved chefs. In 2005, he was presented with the prestigious Fellowship of the City & Guilds of London Institute for his outstanding professional and personal achievements. Many of Gary's restaurants have been awarded - and maintained - Michelin stars, and he currently runs several successful establishments. He has made numerous television series for the BBC and has written over fifteen bestselling books. One of Gary's top priorities is to continue his work on reintroducing cookery classes into schools on a compulsory basis.
