The book is well arranged into three different phases: phase one teaches the reader how to discover whether they are broken or not, phase two raised critical questions through life experience, and phase three provide solutions to solving the problem. Lastly, I share with the reader twelve techniques which I implemented into my own personal life which altered my life for the better; because broken should never feel right.
