Synopsis

Under the sheets or on the playground was a voice crying for help. The voice was from a little girl who had been mishandled by the boys.

• What does it take to hear her cry?
• What will you do when you see his hands embrace her breasts or slide across her bottom?
• What will it take for the little ones to be safe on the playground, at school, and at home?

Run Cover Hide is about the life of a mishandled little girl. She was molested as a child and carried her trauma as a secret from those who loved her most. After decades of running from her past, she finally slows down long enough to face her trauma. With an encouraging personality, her smile would light up the room and shift the disposition of all in her presence; yet, she had an internal battle rumbling within her. Overcome by confusion, she believed she was expendable, invisible, and unwanted, until she embraced hope in her desperate pursuit to heal. She found her voice, gained courage, and began to tell her story and guide others to safe healing places.
