It's about the search for self-acceptance, the healing of the heart, the hope to overcome fears and anxieties, the want to allow all of our different layers and energies, about having curiosity and a passionate nature, and the journey through self-exploration... and I hope it sparks a connection for you to those things.

Like my first book 'wild spirit, soft heart,' 'she's flowers and fire' is another book of my poetry, quotes, thoughts, feelings.... more little pieces of my soul. And just like 'wild spirit, soft heart,' it definitely has a lot of sensitive "flower energy" running through it, but it also has a lot more "fire energy" running through it. I still wrote from a vulnerable and sensitive place, but I feel like I wrote from a braver and more fearless place this time. I like to think of it as "wildflower energy."

And there is a little bit of creative chaos in this book, I know that I probably broke a few rules for how a poetry book is "meant" to be, but I do hope the very same things I hoped for with my last book... that when you read it, my heart and soul come through, and that maybe the words speak to your heart and soul in some way, too.
