Joe Carter is the President & CEO of MARSHLLTOWN. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and the University of Arkansas with a law degree. He lives in Marshalltown, Iowa, with his wife, Janelle. They have three adult children.

Hanna Carter works as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Illustrator. She graduated from Iowa State University with a BFA in Graphic Design. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon.
