So, this book is born out of the list of 64 paying and non-paying jobs that I've personally had so far and is dedicated to the hundreds of jobs that Moms do daily to care for their children. It's a tribute to Moms everywhere. No matter what color, gender or religion you are, every human life begins with a Mom. And if you were blessed with a Mom as incredible as mine, you can understand why I wrote a book in her honor.

A love letter to Moms everywhere, this rhyming picture book is a multi-genenerational collaboration of effort. The words are mine, (Lisa Ott) the artwork is my Mom, (Gigi or Pam Koch) and the added colors are my kids. (the Otters)

Lisa Ott has held 64 "jobs" so far and is still counting. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in English, "What Does My Mom Do?" is her first children's book.

Pam Koch is one of four girls. She held uncountable paying and non-paying "jobs," while raising two children and five grandchildren. This is Pam's first published children's book. Sarah, Daniel and Julia Ott are the reason this book and our worlds are more colorful.
