This book intends to share first-hand evidence and information with all federal government, private industry, and other government employees and all citizens in the United States about racial discrimination in employment at the Library of Congress. It also shares information about what an employee should know if confronted with discrimination in employment.Discrimination is illegal, and no employee has to accept it. That is true, no matter the type of discrimination. Each employee has the right to seek redress. However, do not expect the fight to be easy or without reprisal and retaliation. Do not expect the courts to protect you. You have to fight! It will not be quick. The instant case started with a letter of complaint dated November 25, 1975. However, all cases do not take twenty (20) years to conclude. For all who follow me, I wanted to make sure all the factual evidence and information on the Cook case at the Library of Congress was in one place. This book is it!
