THE ORNAMENT HOSPITAL is a children's lesson about caring for others, set around the scenes that many will recognize from their own recollections of the Christmas holidays. It's a gentle reminder that tending to the little things brings joy and happiness; and shares the secrets of faith, hope, and love through its tale of broken and redeemed ornaments brought back to life. You'll enjoy reading this children's Christmas classic with family and friends, and will want to revisit it year after year.

ver a 25-year talent acquisition career, Andy has been recognized as a transformational recruiting and hiring thought leader in companies as varied as start-up technology firms to Fortune 500 organizations and has supported the hiring success in organizations in numerous industries and verticals. He was an original member of LinkedIn's Advisory Board and has been twice nominated as a finalist for HireVue's Disruptor Award for hiring impact on business. In addition to starting his own staffing firm and serving as a hiring process consultant, Andy's last internal TA leadership role was at TDIndustries, a mid-sized engineering and construction firm that earned Best Places to Work status from Fortune for over 20 straight years (not coincidently, a Topgrading client). Previously, Andy led recruiting and hiring for Keurig Dr Pepper, a Fortune 500 company, and at Kaiser Permanente, a $95B non-profit healthcare organization where he was originally introduced to Topgrading over 20 years ago. A native of North Carolina, today he serves companies of all sizes and in all industries as Vice President, Operations at Topgrading. He is an avid recreational bicycle rider and can occasionally be seen riding in the Texas heat outside of Dallas.
