L’APÉRO guides readers through the major wine regions of France, and includes stories of Jeremy and Andy’s past travels through each, 25 unique pairings of L’APERO, each highlighting a wine (and one brandy) from that region, and a complete recipe from the food pairing. A portion of all sales will be donated to World Central Kitchen – a national nonprofit founded by Chef José Andrés and his wife Patricia that uses “the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies through times of crises and beyond.”.
