Biographie de l'auteur

Jim Preen is an Oxford University-educated businessman, consultant and journalist. He worked for the American TV station ABC News where he covered a range of international stories including reports from conflict zones such as the Gulf, Somalia and Bosnia. He has won two Emmys America's highest television award for his work. Jim is now employed by Crisis Solutions, a UK-based crisis management company, with clients including major banks and other financial institutions, the British Government and leading international companies. In his role as senior media consultant, he writes crisis communication plans, produces scripts for TV and radio items, advises on all matters related to the media, writes the company blog and edits company output. He also wrote Exercising for Excellence published by British Standards Institution.
