Following the tried and tested format, the revised and updated third editions continue to give students a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of fluid mechanics and its engineering applications.

Taking a practical approach, the texts answer a range of common problems in fluid mechanics. Worked examples are used to explain fundamental theory and to demonstrate how it can be applied to typical engineering situations.
