Danielle McLean is a children's book editor who lives in southeast London. She dreams of living in a house full of wiggly piglets and fluffy white kittens. When she's not writing and editing children's books, she'll be found in a ballet class pursuing her other childhood fantasy.

Brian Fitzgerald comes from a large Irish family of two brothers and four sisters, two dogs, five cats, twelve chickens, and a sheep. From a very early age, he loved nothing more than to draw things. Now he paints and draws for magazines, picture books, newspapers, and advertising, as well as for fun!
