Synopsis

J.C. Phillipps is the author/illustrator of four picture books and the Pacey Packer Unicorn Tracker graphic novel series. Every year she participates in Inktober, a 31-day drawing challenge. Her drawing for the prompt Uh-Oh, featuring a group of girls at a slumber party who summoned a ghost, was the initial inspiration for The Ghost in Cabin 13.
