Gold acquired her MBA and completed her thesis on the prevention of workplace violence in 1996. Her passion grew as she continued to research conflict resolution for employees. Many individuals have contacted her asking if they can learn how to solve their problems.Gold also has a BA in communications and worked in the entertainment industry for over 15 year where she witnessed violence first-hand.
