Lawrence Diggs is the founder of Vinegar Connoisseurs International and the creator and curator of The International Vinegar Museum. He also studies, writes, and lectures around the world on vinegar. Also known as "The Vinegar Man," he maintains a popular web site on vinegar at www.vinegarman.com.
