David VanMeter Smith is a graduate of Cambridge University. He lives in Northern Virginia, near Washington, D.C., and is president of Amanuensis Creative Group, providing creative writing services to technology businesses and government agencies. Trinity Grove is his first novel and its setting was inspired by his years as a Ph.D. student in England.
