John L. Cooper was a professor of sociology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. He is the author of "Noble Street" and "The Prince and Pauper: The Case Against Clarence Thomas, Associate Justice of The U.S. Supreme Court."Armin A. Cooper was born and raised in New York City and is a graduate of Hunter College.
