Mr. Gilliam has been a hiring authority for public, private, and non-profit organizations. He has presented job search seminars to corporations, universities, state departments and the U.S. military. He is the founder of The Job Search Advisor, Incorporated, a nation-wide consulting firm that he started in 1995. He has published more than 50 articles on how to conduct a successful job search and is regularly featured on Career Clinic, a nationally syndicated radio program aired on more than 40 radio stations across North America as well as the militarys international radio network.
